From The Start.
Rooster's Wings & Brew has been part of the Mohegan Lake neighborhood since 2016. We're locally owned and independently operated—not a franchise or a corporate concept. Decisions are made right here by people who work in the restaurant and know the regulars who keep coming back.
The goal has always been straightforward: make food to order, give people plenty of ways to wing it, keep the beer cold and make the room feel like a neighborhood place instead of a chain.

Our wings are cooked to order, with a wide selection of sauces and dry rubs to choose from. Can't settle on one? Our Taste of Rooster's platter includes 12 wings in three different flavors of your choosing. There's plenty more on the menu, too, from wraps and tacos to burgers and shareable appetizers.
