From The Start.
Rooster's Wings & Brew opened in Mohegan Lake in 2016 with a simple idea: give the neighborhood a fun, non-corporate place for fresh food, great wings and cold drinks. That same laid-back approach is still what Roosters is about today.

Everything starts with food made to order. Traditional fresh wings, boneless wings, tenders and Southern Fried wings lead the menu, backed by a huge lineup of sauces and dry rubs. Homemade sauces and sides have always been part of what makes Roosters its own place.
But Roosters is more than wings. Burgers, wraps, tacos, shareable sides, cold beer and a full bar make it an easy stop whether you're grabbing lunch, picking up dinner or settling in for the game.
