Delete Your Account

If you have created a Rooster’s Wings & Brew customer account through our website or mobile app, you may request that your account and associated personal data be deleted.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to info@roosterswingsandbrew.com with the subject line Delete My Roosters Account. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request.

What we delete

After we verify your request, we will delete your Rooster’s Wings & Brew customer account and personal information associated with that account that we are not required to retain.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited information when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate business obligations. Information that must be retained will be kept only for the period required for those purposes and will not be used for unrelated marketing.

How long deletion takes

We aim to complete verified account-deletion requests within 30 days. In some cases, limited backup or legally required records may remain for a longer period until they are safely removed or their required retention period ends.
